Christine and her Ecomaids team are professional, conscientious, personable, and possess a strong work ethic. At first, we were reluctant to hire a cleaning service, as we have been cleaning our home ourselves since March 2020. Initially Ecomaids stood out as they are fully insured and bonded. To date we have had our home cleaned twice -Christine and her team are refreshingly thorough and genuinely interested in learning the particulars of our home, along with our housekeeping preferences. Though relatively expensive, it is our hope that we will continue to appreciate the value of having Christine and her Ecomaids team clean our home, and that in turn, they will feel valued and appreciated! I had my first visit from the new team at Ecomaids and I had to write to say what a beautiful experience it was. Working with Christine and Steve is a pleasure. They were responsive, prompt and fairly-priced. Christine introduced me to each of the team members who were all friendly and very capable. We did a walk-through before and after, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were all kind to my dog. So happy to be back on a regular cleaning schedule and to know that going forward I can look forward to the very best feeling knowing my home is clean from top to bottom. We are thrilled that Ecomaids is back and the new management team is wonderful! We had switched to ecomaids because our previous smaller cleaning service stopped covering our area. Although more expensive, we’ve been pleased with the customer service and the quality of our monthly cleanings. Whereas with the last company, I would routinely find minor annoyances and nitpicks, with the ecomaids crew I routinely find attention to details that goes above and beyond my expectations. To say that Sam, Demi and Tina are thorough and conscientious is an understatement. I look forward to seeing them come to work because when they leave, the house is spotless clean from floor to ceiling. Wood floors shine nicely and walking barefoot is a treat. In addition to their hard work, they have been incredibly tolerant of our 8 and 4 year old boys and their antics. One of whom looks forward to their arrival every other week with the words “It is Ecomaids Day today”. We do too because everybody loves a clean house! I needed cleaning for my new house I was looking for a company. My friend works for Eco maids and I loved how they used non harsh chemicals. I have young children and a cat. So I thought they would be a good choice. Carlo's was very polite and professional on the phone , booked my cleaning. The crew did a very excellent job. They cleaned everything and they worked hard. They're very professional and polite . I appreciate the time and effort they did to clean my house during my move. It took a load off of my shoulders. Love this service. They do a beautiful job! The deep clean was above and beyond. Beatrice ensures the biweekly cleaning is continuing to perfect that deep clean. Appreciate the quality and professionalism. Steve always lets us know when they are on their way. Easy to use service!! But one of the reasons we chose EcoMaids was their cleaning products. Christine, Marina and David did an amazing job at our house today. Christine is exceptional and easy to communicate with. They paid attention to every detail, it hasn’t looked this clean in forever! Bridgette and Viviana were so kind, wonderful, and understanding. I had lost my dog of 14 1/2 years due to kidney disease and cleaning was low on my list after losing her. After their visit the house looks wonderful! And I didn’t have to worry about my two pet doves inhaling harsh cleaning fumes that could have harmed them. I had a great experience with the team. they made sure to get all the places that others miss like floorboards and window sills and all the beds were nicely made. they use green products the house smelled nice and fresh and not like a chemical factory. What a great experience I had from beginning to end. From setting up my initial appointment, to day of and then checking in after the service, it all went flawless.
